CareChoice contracts with the following Minnesota health plans. These health plans offer a variety of insurance products for individuals and employers.
In 1997, Minnesota began an innovative program called “Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO)”. This program requires seniors (65+) who also qualify for Medicaid to have their medical benefits coordinated by a contracted health plan. These MSHO plans are designed to address the special needs of this population and offer services beyond traditional health plan benefits. Many of our health plan partners below offer MSHO products, as well as Medicare Advantage plans.
